3.3 Accurate Information. You agree not to provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information to 877 pub at any time. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3.4 Account Inactivity. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 877 pub reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 877 pub accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform. Accepted methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the 877 pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees are the responsibility of the Player.
4.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 877 pub wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically credited within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes of payment confirmation. 877 pub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 877 pub account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 877 pub complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed after successful completion of KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until verification is complete.
5.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 877 pub reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to alternative payment methods.
5.3 Processing Times. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. VIP members may benefit from expedited processing times as described in the VIP Programme terms. 877 pub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 7. Withdrawal of bonus-related funds prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements is not permitted.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 877 pub Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live table games contribute 10–20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution.

7.5 Promotional Changes. 877 pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.

12.1 By 877 pub. 877 pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; account inactivity; or any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.
12.2 By the Player. You may close your 877 pub account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
13.1 No Warranty. 13.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 877 pub's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 877 pub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. In no event shall 877 pub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 877 pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
877 pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 877 pub will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and 877 pub, you agree to first contact 877 pub customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction over online gaming matters.
15.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
